Q: Are your products 100% manufactured by Boosted?

A: Yes! All items are OEM Boosted products.

Q: What if something says out of stock?

A: We are constantly restocking our inventory. We usually restock key items such as motors every week. Rarer items such as Boosted 105s and Boosted Beams would be restocked less frequently.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: All in-stock items will be shipped the same day. Any items that “back-ordered” will be shipped within 2-3 weeks (if there are any delays we will email or call you directly).

Q: Who pays for shipping?

A: A $7.50NZD shipping fee is applicable to all orders.

Q: Which carrier do you use for shipping?

A: We use CourierPost for all orders and have an estimated timeframe of 1-2 working days

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We only ship to New Zealand at this time.

Q: Where are you located, can I come in for a visit?

A: We are located in Palmerston North and no, but we are more than happy to go for a group-ride with you!
